Can you recommend any good locations?
We can absolutely recommend locations specific to your area! Just let us know if you'd like a list of some of our favorite locations.
Are travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses within Polk County are always included. Contact us for a custom quote for areas outside of Polk County.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
We're located in Winter Haven, a small city in Central Florida. We serve the following areas with no travel fee: Winter Haven, Haines City, Auburndale, Lake Wales, Wahneta, Lakeland, Bartow, Eagle Lake, Lake Alfred, Frostproof, Fort Meade, Mulberry, Davenport, Polk City, Tampa, and Orlando.
Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
Yes, we offer digital files through Pixieset Client Galleries, as well as prints and albums through Pixieset Store.
How many photos will I receive?
The amount of photos you receive will vary depending on package and is always an estimate, not a guarantee. We believe in delivering the highest quality over quantity and choose images that tell your story the best.
What will my consultation look like?
Once you schedule through our Pixieset website, you will receive a Zoom link. We're also available to meet in person in Winter Haven!
What do I need to do to save my date?
We ask that a non-refundable retainer be sent at the time of scheduling. This retainer will be applied to the total cost of your session.

Step 01
Call or meet
Fill out our form for a free, no-obligation consultation! This can be found under "Booking".
Step 02
Fill out the form
If you book through our site, you'll receive a link to our Zoom meeting. We are also available for in-person meetings if preferred. We will send you a questionnaire prior to our meeting to get to know you a bit better.
Step 03
Sign contract
A non-refundable retainer will be required at the time you book your date. We will go through the terms of our contract and answer any questions you may have before signing.
